Jim,
Andy Limbird asked myself and Dennis Ernst in the City Surveyor's office here at the City to look over this Property Line
Adjustment submittal. I understand you have been given some comments already, but I just wanted to add one more
req uest.
On page 12 of the PDF submittal (which is in the above attached email), the sheet which is the DETAIL MAP for the
"Ingress and Egress Easement/Maintenance Agreement" can you please add more detail clarifying the map. This should
include a north arrow, showing Hayden Bridge Stub at the North end of the property, and labeling and showing the
outlines of the adjacent properties, Parcell of PP 92-P0306 and of Parcell of PP 98-Pl138.
