Hi Chris, you're right - it's listed as an "Improvement Agreement" on the title report but.
it doesn't have the standard obligations associated with the City's current Agreements
(ie. proportionate sharing of costs for street and utility upgrades). So, we'll add that
as a condition o~ the approval. Thanks for your help!

Here you go Andy. I took a look and this looks to actually be an agreement to Annexation,
not an Improvement Agreement. Does that sound right? That would explain why it's not in
