Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have authorized a post mortem time extension of 6 months for the above subdivision tentative under the maximums
allowed by the code. With the normal 2 year period plus the extension, the deadline is 2-22-10. Mr. Horton and his
engineers will have to get a Plat Pre Submittal App in by 2/22/10 to keep the ball rolling. They will undoubtedly have
questions regarding the compilation of app materials and his annexation agreement (that may be approaching a
deadline as wel!!)
I told him to get as complete as possible by the 19th and we will accept the app and discuss all remaining issues at the
PRE meeting. He will then have 6 mos to get to PIP bonding and final plat approval.
Please update on tidemark and in the file. Planners and surveyors and engineers should be on notice that the customer
will need additional service to "gidder done!"
And yes, I do know what I am asking and you do know that I appn,ciate it, its just what we do;-)
