On February 10, 2010, at your request, Geomax observed the placement of wedge anchors at the
address referenced above. . Weather was overcast with scattered showers, 420.
Specifications call for 1I2"x 4" Hilti Quik Bolt II expansion anchors at each side of interior
columns for the first two purlin lines at each interior wall. 1I2"x 4" Redhead TruboIt wedge
anchors were used and are an acceptable alternate.
1I2"x 3 3/4" holes were drilled and blown out prior to setting anchors. Anchors were set in
conformance with manufactures specifications and approved construction documents. A total of
8 anchors were set.
