Interestingly, there is no provision in the Development Code for a canopy structure on this site. They will have to use
the existing drop box or just replace it without canopy and lighting.

I just noticed question #4 about lighting. Have you looked at this? The off site lighting may could use one more light,
but I don't see this small of a development modification being proportional to placing a street light. I am double
checking, though, for the record, to see if my suspicions are correct.

Jon: In looking at the questions submitted for the proposed SUB drive-up kiosk at 2S0 A Street, most ofthe issues seem
to be directed to Transportation. Are there any questions you need Planning to address specifically? In principle it's not
really an issue since there is no required building setback in the downtown.
