Applicant hereby attests that the Subject Property will not be used for sales,
service, food consumption or dining or any other customer activities within the
building without first obtaining the required permits.
Applicant hereby acknowledges that any deviations or changes from the
permitted use or occupancy as described above shall require application,
approval and permits from the City of Springfield prior to such changes, and that
failure to obtain permits for such changes will result.in revocation of the
Certificate of Occupancy for the building, sanctions and penalty fees as
