SD, in theDry, the building wall could abut the property line if there were nD Dpenings in the wall (doDrs or windows). The building alsD could abut the driveway surface, but from a practical standpDint it wDuld be wise tD have a curb Dr sufficient driveway width tD ensure passing vehicles dD nDt strike the building. If they plan Dn having a rear dDDr opening (emergency exit, employee entrance, etc.) they would need tD have a sidewalk along the rear Df the building with at least 5 feet of separation to the edge Df curb tD allDw for a dODr to open fully. I think we encountered a similar situatiDn for the front dDor openings at 1815 Main Street, but I dDn't remember the minimum sidewalk dimension needed to meet ADA standards.
