Hi Jon, I did some research on the subject project and it appears what is being shown on the existing survey (dated 2003)
is a preferred couplet alignment for a future phase of the 1-5 at Beltline (Unit 2) and Gateway (Unit 1) project. Savanah
and I will continue to research the project and get an idea of what this means to the property owner.

Thanks for introducing yourself; i~ Jbe good to meet you. I have not had tim! look in depth at the Jackson file yet,
but I do see that there is a comment that there are "older surveys which indicate a major ODOT right of way through the
parceL" And the client asks if that easement still in effect? I would be interested if you have any background
information on that.

I have no other projects at the moment that have ODOT issues, but I would be happy to meet with you on Thursday.

ODOT has no comment on the subject project and I don't see a need for attending, however I have been traveling to
