Matt Caswell passed an invitation on for the subject project and we did receive the mailed agenda.
ODOT has no comment on the subject project and I don't see a need for attending, however I have been traveling to
Springfield on Thursdays and would be happy to stop by your office if you would like to meet in person and go over any
ongoing and/or upcoming projects.
