As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe a proof roll of lots 292 to 294. A fully loaded tandem axle
dump truck was used for the proof roll. To the best of our knowiedge, the work Inspected above was in accordance with
the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the
International Building Codes. . ,
