consideration, the receipt wh=f is hereby acknowledge, docs hcreby grant unto the City of Springfield, a municipal
corporation, acting by and through its SPRINGFIELD UTIUTY BOARD, and unto its successors and assigns, a perpetual
easement along with the right to enfer upon the lands of the undersigned situated in the City of Springfield, State of Oregon,
and more particularly described as follows:
The easierly 12 fcct of lotS, Block 2, Plan of Springfield of Section 35, Township 17S, R 3W, WM, LCO, adjoining the
westerly ri~t of way of South 21ld Street in Springfield, Lane County, Oregon.
And to'CoDStruCt. operate, maintain, and replace therein underground facilities including power and control lines and water
pipelines, to remove and replace fences. Jawns, and trees to the extent necessary to construct, maintain, and protect said lines
and facilities.' No part of any building containing sanitation facilities or any peJ1J1Ment structure will be placed on top of these
lines, other than asphaltic pavement, curbs~ sidewalks. and driveway aprons without the expressed consent aCthe Springfield
Utility Board. .
The undersigned covenant that they are the owner of the above described property and that such property is free II.l1d clear of
encumbrances and liens of whatsoever character except easements of record.
