At your request, your property commonly known as 509 Pioneer Parkway East, Springfield, Oregon, also
known as Lane County Reference Number 17033524, Tax Lot Number 06400 as been changed. Your new
address is 306 0 Street, Springfield, Oregon. The second residence on this lot, commonly known as 517
Pioneer Parkway East will remain the same. Because there is no access to this structure from "0" Street
and only from the alley that takes access from Pioneer Parkway East, the address must remain the same
(517 Pioneer Parkway East).
