approved.
This extension may only be granted one time and will expire 180 days from the date of the expiration of the
issuance of your original pennits (July 6,2003).

1 would like to extend my building pennit at 450 Pioneer Parkway East for an additional
six months as we are not going to be able to start construction before the current
expiration date of January 3'd 2003.
