Subject: Compliance with Springfield Development Code
Dear Mr. Nelson:
I am writing to remind you that there are several items that need to occur at
your new place of business so that you can obtain final development approval.
These three items are:
1. Screening your dumpster.
2. Obtaining sign permits for your business signs.
3. Planting street trees at least two (2) inches in diameter.
As you know, the Springfield Development Code has to be applied consistently in
order for it to be fair. Your property is no exception.
