THE EXISTING SITE HAS AN EXISTING BUILDING THA T IS BEING
USED AS A CHURCH. THERE IS AN ASSOCIA TED PARKING LOT TO
THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE BUILDING. THERE IS LANDSCAPING
AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE AND A LARGE OPEN SPACE
TO THE NORTH OF' THE BUILDING.
