western boundary of the site. Additionally, some proposed improvements are shown
on the site assessment plan.
o The existing easements affecting the property do not appear to be shown on the site
plan.
o Please use "WW" or "S" to indicate sanitary sewer laterals. "W" is typically used to
identify water lines.
o May need to connect to public stormwater system along eastern boundary of site.
o Driveway spacing will be evaluated for this site.
o Vegetative stormwater treatment may be required for the site.
o AI,I parking and driving areas must be separated from landscaping and walking
surfaces by vertical face concrete curbing in accordance with SDC 4.6-120.C.
o A Drinking Water Protection Overlay District application or exemption may be
required for this project. '

accordance with SDC 4.2-105 A.4. Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) allow the City to analyze

Riparian Area Protection Report for properties located within 150
feet of the top of bank of any Water Quality Limited Watercourses
