(Traffic Impact Analysis). After asking one of our seasoned code experts, Gary Karp, I see the city should require a TIA aswell. (Originally, I did not, as the weekday average-which is the standard normally- is under"lS0 trips per day. The Sunday average, however, does breach the SOO trips per day, and according to Gary that is enough for us to require a TIA.) c:onsequently, I will work with the county to provide Branch with one joint TIA scoping letter. 2) The County plans to overlay Hayden Bridge Road in the Spring of 2010. FYI: This could be done by permit before this application is complete. (Dave Brown (682-6994) at the county would know the timing most accurately on the overlay.) 3) In order to make computations on parking and traffic generation, please provide the square footage of the' auditorium. 4) Shashi mentioned the possibility of leaving the far east driveway intact-but only as a right in/right out-in order to "reduce the conflict points along Hayden Bridge Road. (This is a preliminary suggestion, but is worth considering as you perform the TIA.) S) Please note on the next submittal any signs, existing and/or proposed, for the driveways (e.g. Exit Only) I will be working with the courity and getting you the TIA scoping letter after they receive the data necessary. Please notify me if you have any clarification to these comments.
