The Pre-Submittal process rolls on as it has for years and for good reasons. It works 90% of the time. Once in a while it
falls on a week ,^:,ith a holiday or a sick day, we all have to buck up on these occasions.
You and Andy and Gilbert and Clayton all have the same timeline and similar complexity levels for a church site
expansion, I cannot authorize an extension after the applicant has submitted, paid and scheduled a completeness check.
Remember, that's what this is. Does the site plan have the info required on the checklist? Do they have the normal
required elements on the TOC of the TIA? The question is not whether you see enough correct information inside to
envision an approval, but does it have the required elements. I don't want to over simplify or invite denials, I do want
your, and everyone else's, best work on the completeness issues with the time allotted.
