and left messages for Jeff Cole at
Metco and for Wendel at Cutting
Edge that paving permit is reody at
front counter with $1422.46 fee.

code forms. 6/1012004 JMP left
another voieemail for Tim Adkins
reminding him of the request for the
energy code forms which need
approval in order to issue the
permit.
JMP received Fedex package of
energy code forms which he
forwarded to David Morris for
review.
2/3/2004 JMP osked Jeff Cole for
energy code forms when he applied
for the permit at the counter.
2/17/2004 JMP left message with
Ann for Jeff Coie reminding him
that the energy code forms still have
not been delivered.
To Request an inspeetion call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspeetion requested before 7:00 a.m.
will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.
