Dear Mr. and Ms. Trusty:
Due to a recent complaint regarding the possibility of your business tenant living in the
industrial building at the above location, I have tried on numerous occasions to obtain
access to the building to respond to the alleged violation to ensure the use of the building
is only an industrial use, not residential. On November 2, 2004, a gentleman by the name
of "Lance" contacted me stating he would contact me again within two days to allow me
access into the building. To date, he has not contacted me to schedule an inspection of
the structure.
This letter is written to request an inspection of the structure within ten days of the above
date to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Code Administrative Code. and the
Springfield Development Code.
