18. Remove or install 3 conductor cord to swinging lights by Raimann Machine.
19. Check defective duplex receptacle by Skoog saw.
20. Secure cord in Skoog return belt motor.
21. Properly install offset connector into relay in 2nd floor control center and seal
open K.O.
22. Install cover on 4 machine motor.
23. Extension cord used for upstairs equipment to have the cord cap replaced and wired for
proper polarity.
24. Install a 115 V receptacle adjacent 'ot the upstairs strip machine.
25. Install cover on motor and secure relay and stop station to upstairs strip machine.
26. Install all 'necessary cord and connectors to shrink machine in not less than 50 amp
size. ,;
27. On all equipment - ground condutor to be secured to the machine or splice box _
not to cl amp connector screws. '
28. Repair all conduits, fittings, and splice boxes in hog area.
29. Conduits to outside lights not in accordance with Oregon Electrical Standards. Replace
with approved wiring methods.

1. Install receptacl e outl et for lights over Tony I s desk, adjacent to fi xtures. Install
3 conductor cords and caps.
2. Install fillers for 18 machine adjacent to the machine.
3. Secure cord connectors into start and stop control on 18.
4. Seal open K.O. in outlet box by 12 machine:
5. Install fillers in open spaces in lightingpanel.
6. Remove safe from area in front of service panels. Allow 3 feet of clearance in
front of all disconnects and panels, and'a passage 'way to thi.s area.
7. Properly install light fixtures overworkberich~' Install an outlet for the fixtures on
frame work supporting fixtures.
8. Secure cord into drill press splicebox:
9. Install proper sized cord connector into foot control for drill press.
to. Replace defective 230 V outlet by shop:
11. Install 3 conductor cord to table saw.
12. Replace defective conduit to 230 V outlets on North wall, downstairs.
13. Properly ;'sntall conduit into gas heater - center or north wall.
14. Install an approved cord connector on cord into compressor motor.
15. Repair defective flex to 115 V outlet - center of north wall.
16. Replace all wiring to an on Raimann Machine. Install approved wiring methods only.
17. All wiring to and from control equipment to Raimann Machine, to be replaced and
properly installed with approved wiring methods.
