SUBJECT: ESPRESSO STAND TRANSPORTATION ISSUES - 2197 OLYMPIC ST.
In reference to the subject listed above, the Transportation Section will support the
establishment of a 'Espresso Stand' in the parking lot of 2197 Olympic Street
provided the following future conditions are maintained:
1. Traffic flow, including bicycle and pedestrians, remain uninterrupted
along Olympic Street and the 21 st Street Intersection.
2. Safety issues are not affected. This would include any increase in
the current reported accident statistics at this location and/or citizen
complains regarding traffic safety.
Should these issues change in the future a review of this establishment will be
made which could include the removal or relocation of the stand.
