Eugene, Oregon 97401. Envelopes to be marked Attention: Karen Romero, Olympic Building Re-Roofing,
Briefly, the Work is described as: Retro-Fitting New 60 mil, Verslco TPO Single Ply Membrane Over
Existing PVC Single Ply Membrane aDt!JT3 Olympic SI. Springfield, Oregon. See Section 01010,
Summary of Work, Roof SpecificationJ'foof Plan, a'Jd Roof Legend for complete description,
Copies of Quotation Documents may be obtained beginning May 9, 2006 from Blair Roof Inspection &
Consulting, 689 Rowan Av, Springfield, Oregon,
All quotations must be submitted on the form provided and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked:
Olympic Building Roofing- Attn, Karen Romero.
A Mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through has been scheduled for May 10, 3:00 p.m, at the
project site, Quoters may not conduct their OWn site visits:
No Quote for a construction contract will b(! received or considered unless the Contractor is registered
with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as
required by ORS,671,530,
All Quoters are required to comply with the provisions of Attachment A, Construction Contractor
Agreement Terms & Conditions,
All Quoters are required to agree to execute Work in Section 1030, Alternates for insiallation of tapered
insulation if accepted.
The Contractor Shall Fully Execute Work Described In The Contract Documents.
The Contractor agrees to release any building Leans through signature on, form for re-roof project.
Selco Community Credit Union reserves the right to reject any and all proposals r"ceived as a result of
