DESIGN TEAM AND CONTRACTORS To avoid design or construction delays, Building Division Staff must be able to contact appropriate persons regarding design information or job site corrections. etc. II. Abbreviated Plumbing, Mechanical, & Electrical Schedules A. Except where blank spaces occur in the description portion of the Mechanical and Electrical Schedules. the applicant need fill-in only the No. Boxes adjacent to the appropriate item(s) to be installed B. Full Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Schedules are available at the Building Division 1. To conserve space on the permit form the schedules have been abbreviated 2. If the item(s) to be installed are not covered on the abbreviated schedules you should consult the fu 11 schedu 1 es C. BUILDING DIVISION STAFF WILL FILL OUT ALL FEES AND CHARGES ON THE SCHEDULES D. As noted on the CAP, the label must be delivered to the electrical contractor for signature by his electrical supervisor. The general contractor is.not authorized to sign the electrical label. --- III, Applicant to sign and date Whenever possible. the initial application will be used as a worksheet only. Where possible, Building Division Staff will prepare a 'type written copy and return it to the applicant at the time the actual permit is issued for his signature. IV. Fees and Charges Plan check fees are due and payable at the time of the application. and no plans will be processed until these fees are paid. Enclosed are the three sets of drawings and specifications for the new Tenant work at the building at 2073 Olympic Street. Also enclosed is our office check in the amount of $553.10 which is for the Permit Plan Check Fee and the System Development Charge for the previously unfinished spaces and based upon a valuation of $31,110.00 Plan Check Fee: System Development Charge (1-1/2%): Total $ 86.45 466.65 $553.10 As with the previous work at this project, the ceiling tile and grid, light fix- tures and electrical mains, H.V.A.C. equipment and main ductwork and the main plumbing lines were provided with the initial phase of construction of the build- ing. Morris P. Kielty Construction Company will probably be contacting you soon for the Permit costs which we roughly estimated in our telephone conversation at about $180.00 including the electrical, H.V.A.C. and plumbing charges. JOl Monroe Street Eugene, Oregon, 97402 Dear Mr. Kielty: This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation this date regarding the omission of conduit from the C.R.T. terminal wall stub-outs above the new ceiling to drops at the Controller which is located in Room No.6 (Mail/Supply). I We were informed this morning that the Tenant ..ill be instslling "Teflon" coated cable which ia approved for exposed uae in Plenum Return ceiling apaces and there- fore they would have difficulty pulling thia cable through conduit runs above the ceiling. We will still require the outlet box and conduit stubbed out above the new ceiling, but the conduit from that point to Room No.6 is to be deleted at eight (8) C.R.T. Terminals for approximately JOO l.f. of conduit. Franklin Federal Savings and Loan Association SPRINGFIELD BUILDING TENANT SUITE 313 Mr. Loren Pleger Springfield Building Dept. 225 N. 5th Springfield, Oregon 97477 Dear Mr. Pleger: Enclosed are three (3) prints of Drawing No. T3l3P dated October 20, 1984 which included the addition of seven (7) duplex power outlets and six (6) telephone outlets and the gypsum wallboard at the inside faces of the two space demising and the corridor walls for Suite No. 313 at the third floor of the subject proj- ect. This work will complete the finishing of the third floor space. The ceil- ing grid and tile, lighting and ionization and H.V.A.C. work for this space was included in the permit application for Suite No. 315 and is noted on Drawings No. T3l5RC and T315M dated October 8, 1984. The value for this work is $1,100.00 ($410.00 wallboard and $690.00 electrical). In accordance with our telephone conversation this morning, the additional $1,100 value for this work will be added to the Permit for Suite No's. 210 and 315 and we will reimburse the Contractor for $19.62 which reflects $3.12 for the Plan Check fee and $16.50 for the System Development Charge.
