BUILDING NO. 9418141 Dear Mr. Manzo: This letter is a summary of the development requirements made during a meeting on January 27, 1997 which had present representatives from the City of Sprir.gfield and L.B. Olson & Associates. The following is a list of items that need to be incorporated into the Waremart development: 1. The truck wells or loading areas must have a readily accessible storm sewer system shut off valve with a visible sign within the dock area explaining the location'and procedure for using the valve (see enclosed example) . 2. All remaining outfalls into "QH Street ditch which are under construction will require concrete slash pads (see City standard drawing No. 4-15). Existi~g rip-rap splash pads must be grouted to secure rocks. Each pipe must be cut to match the existing ditch side slope. No projection of the pipe or spillway into the floodway cross section is allowed. 3. Add'the proposed Fossil Filter system to each storm inlet. Maintenance by the property owner must be performed to comply with the manufactures requirements or more frequently based on site conditions. All waste material must be disposed of in a lawful manner. The owner/developer must document the maintenance activities at the site for the City of Springfield to inspect and review. 4. Submit an As-built drawing of the drainage and sanitary systems to both the City Public Works Department and Building Division.
