The Springfield Sign Code requires a security deposit be placed with the City for each banner
permit that is issued in the City. The amount of the deposit is $100.00. If the applicant fails to
remove the banner(s) by the date specified on the permit, the deposit shall be forfeited and the City
may remove the banners.
The following applicants paid their security deposit but failed to remove their banner(s) by the date
specified on the permit, therefore, their deposit is forfeited to the City:
