Previous submittal has been modified.
1. Provide fire extinguishers with a minimum
rating of 2A -10B:C mounted with handle 3' to
5' above finished floor, such that, no
extinguisher has greater than 75' travel distanc.
2. Provide a full fire sprinkler submittal for
review and approval by the City Fire Marshal
Office.
3. Emergency Generator shall be installed and
tested in accordance with NFPA 70 and NFPA
110 - documentation verifying this requirement
shall be provided as a condition of occupancy.
4. High piled storage shall comply with the
requirements found in Article 81 of the 1998
Uniform Fire Code.
5. Emergency egress lighting levels shall be
verified by a special inspection -
documentation and final signed inspection
report shall be provided to verify minimum
egress lighting levels as defined in the building
code have been met.
Waiting on Energy Cales. Provided forms to
Matt Olson on 11/14/01. He will fax them as
soon as completed.
Building Envelope and HVAC passes. Building
lighting code forms 5a and 5b together with
worksheets 5 a and 5b are needed. It appears
that new lighting will be installed in the existing
building as well as the addition. I will need
code forms which involve the entire space.
