IP Parking

I visited the site for the IP parking today, and the painting looked correct-from what I could see from outside the
fencing. There is one concrete cylinder in the middle of the main lane on the south side that runs east/west that may
cause some congestion. I may visit again once they open to see if there are issues. It's not being used yet, so J couldn't
get inside the fencing.
