Minimum Development Standards 1.1.08 MEM.doc Jeff, as per our discussion, the site at 4490 Main Street appears to be a s'uitable location pending MDS (Minimum Development Standards) review and an access approval from ODOT. I've attached a MDS Application and copy and pasted the section from the Springfield Development Code regarding Minimum Development Standards. Please note that we'll need an original signature from the property own~r on the MDS Application. The planning fee for an MDS is $762.30 inclusive of the technology fee. Please contact Lynn Detering who is the Permit Specialist at ODOTregarding site access on Main Street. Her phone number is (541)726-2577 and her email is: Ivnn.DETERING(alodot.state.or.us I'd contact her as soon as possible to get a feel for whether or not ODOT will have an issue with this use. You'll need to submit to us either an ODOT access permit application or something from ODOT stating that one isn't required. , In the MDS application you'll need to show the parking configuration including circulation and separation from the gravel/unpaved areas such as a fence. Show where the catch basins are located and provide some evidence that they are functioning. Some interior parking lot , . landscaping will be required.
