I just received a parking lot layout for the temporary parking lot proposed for 4490 Main Street (my file #
DRC2009-00032). Do you need to look at it? I was under the impression that just one of their access points was
going to be used, but this new design shows both. Is that a problem for you? '

I spoke with our access people and although this is a change of use and our time line'for this is 120 days we can
issue a misc permit for you to use the approach for the purpose that you stated. I am, cc city of Springfield so they
. will get this: I will work on the misc permit next week some time and I will let you know when it is ready to sign.
There is no charge for this permit.
