All: Right now I have the Development Code text amendments being presented to City Council at a public hearing on
Nov. 2, not October 19, The date could be changed, but even though this is a relatively benign amendment I am
concerned about someone requesting the record be kept open for 7 days following the Oct. 6 Planning Commission
meeting, and also having sufficient turnaround time for the AIS. If you wish to have the public hearing at the CC meeting
on October 19, please let me know and I will make the scheduling change, Thanks
