Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Change all three prong grounding recpticals to two prong polarized
recepticals,
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate' of Compliance ,oill be issued.
