All landscaped areas shown on this sheet 'are to have an underground landscape
irrigation system, suitable to maintain the trees, shrubs, and ground cover depicted
and listed in the tables. This system is to be a drip irrigation system, meeting
industry standards. This system is to be done by design! build process. The
system plans will be submitted to the City as part of the City's building permit
plan review process.
