1. All landscaped areas shown on this sheet are to have an underground
landscape hTigation system, suitable to maintain the trees, shrubs, and ground
cover depicted and listed in the tables. This system is to be a drip in"igation
system, meeting industry standards. This system is to be done by design!
build process. The system plans will be submitted to the City as part of the
City's building permit plan review process.
2. Sanitary sewer; stonn drain system; water lines, including underground
irrigation lines shall be installed prior to the planting of the plant matelial. It
is the responsibility of the landscape installer to coordinate with the other
underground service and utility installers and the owner prior to setting of the
plants.
3. Landscape installers shall maintain positive drainage for topsoil in all the
landscape areas per plants.
