LEGEND - LANDSCAPE AREAS
· All plantings are irrigated.
· Provide installation, testing, balancing and programming of all
irrigation system materials and components.
· Provide minimum 80% head to head coverage, 100% coverage in
all planted areas.
· Provide backflow prevention device that meets City requirements.
· Do not overspray buildings or pavement.
· Conduct pressure test to assure performance compliance before
backfilling.
· Landscape Architect will observe pressure test and installation
before backfilling. Make adjustments as directed before
proceeding.
· After adjustments are made, Landscape Architect will observe
system operation.
· Warrant system at indicated performance level for one full year after
Substantial Completion. At no cost to Owner, repair and adjust
irrigation system as required to restore proper working order at end
of warranty period. Irrigation Contractor is not responsible for
vandalism, lack of Owner's maintenance or damage due to extreme
weather.
· Contractor will provide shop drawings to Owner and Landscape
Architect.
