STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
SELCO Community Credit Union, the Grantor, owning all fee title interest in Ihe
. following real property, including all improvement located thereon, therewithin an.d thereunder
("Property"), hereby conveys and warrants the Property to Lane County, a political subdivision
of the State of Oregon, the Grantee, free and clear of any liens and encumbrances excepting
those described as Permitted Encumbrances on Exhibit A which is attached hereto, the Property
being legally described as follows:
Lots 14 and 15, Block I, BALMAC SUBDIVISION, as platted and recorded in
Book 67, Page 19, Lane County,Oregon Plat Records, in Lane County, Oregon.
The true consideration for this conveyance is TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND AND NOli 00 DOLLARS ($2,150,000.00).
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON.
TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF
