Sorinl!field Orellon Job # 01046 As you requested I performed a Post Tension slab inspection on at the above noted location. During that inspection I made the following observations. 35 Tendons were placed with a total length of 1396 feet. The tendons were placed in accordance with the design plan supplied by NWPT, Job # 2156. The tendons were placed by Morse Bros. Post Tensioning Service. All tendons were stressed to a jacking force ofJ3 Kips, with a gauge reading of 5200 PSI. See attached monostrand stressing record dated 12/23/2001 for measured elongations. See attached Certification Report for ram certification SN# 98225 and gage SN# 1023. Tendon Mill test certificate # 2325 for coils 70-71-72. MOE = 29188 No abnormalities were noted during the construction of the slab. Measured and calculated elongations are within acceptable tolerances. Tendon Bl is out of tolerance by 1/8 of an inch, however with its length being only 10, the amount of set can cause the p.... ~.....,age to of elongation to be outside the + or - 10% range.
