Dear Jeff:
This letter is to serve as your notice that your property located on Lane County Reference Number
18020300, Tax Lot 00926 was assigned an incorrect address at the time of your construction plan submittal.
The address assigned at that time was 5928 Obsidian A venue, Springfield, Oregon.
Recently, it was brought to our attention that your new building's address was out of numerical sequence,
which could cause a delay in emergency response times. The new addresses assigned for the relocation of
the single family residence which is now under construction is 5825 Obsidian A venue, Springfield, Oregon.
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a copy of this
letter:

This change will take effect immediately. When calling for future inspections, please refer to the new
address. I am enclosing a new placard for your construction j obsite with the new address on it. If you have
