'Ibis leller is regarding changes to some resently submitted building plans by Richard and
Shirey Coomler, Lots # 59,60, & 70 off Oakdale Avenue in Springfield, Lane County, Oregon.
At the request of Richard Coomler, the following changes are to take place to minimize the cost of
the project:
I. Foundation Footing sizes may be reduced to a minimum size of:
15" x 6" CONC. FOOTING WI (I) #4 RE-BAR (CONT.)
2. Foundation Stem Walls may be reduced to a minimum size of:
6" CONC. STEM WAll WI (I) #4 RE-BAR (CaNT.) if so
desire by the owner.
These changes are in compliance with the CABO ONE and TWO FAMILY DWELLING
CODE, Figure No. R-303 Page 27.
