ORDINANCE NO. 5606 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 6 FOOT-VIDE EASEMENT THE CENTERLINE OF VHICH IS THE COMMON LINE BETVEEN LOTS 66 AND 67, GRANADA PHASE II, AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN FILE 73, SLIDES 108, 109 AND 110, LANE COUNTY OREGON PLAT RECORDS IN LANE COUNTY OREGON. SAID EASEMENT VAS GRANTED TO THE SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED APRIL 16, 1979 IN REEL 987, RECEPTION NO. 7921606, LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
