RE: Aboveground Storage Silo Permit Number COM2006-00791
Dear David,
I am following up on our discussion this morning concerning the status of our
aboveground storage silo project. Our current permit expires on June 13, 2007.
On January 16, 2007 J-M Manufacturing Company, Inc. announced that they were
purchasing PWEagle, Inc. On March 6, 2007 it was announced that all major capital
expenditu~eprojects' ',b~' pl,aCed on' temporary hold until the new owner had time to

review these PWEagle commitments. We had scheduled with the installation
contractor to begin demolition and erection of the silo project on April 1, 2007. We
have since cancelled that start date. The next open date available for the installation
contractor is late July but they are not holding that date open for us if some other job
comes up.
I will alert the City of Springfield as soon as I receive the go-ahead from the new
