Hi Robert,
I have edited the original letter to include the location of the families during sleeping
time and non-sleeping time,
I have also included the name and number of the person with whom you should be in
, contact in the event of any emergency at this particular location.
The third page is a form that I created for our Night Shelter staff person to use when
he notifies you ,in the future, Please look it over and make sure that I have included
everything that you need. Sometimes, we might be staying at a location for oniy one
week. In that event, we'll just cross out the Week # 2,

Dear Mr. Castile:
In response to your phone conversation this morning with William Wise, Center Director of
First Place Family Development Center, I am sending you the following information about the
Interfaith Emergency Shelter System.
Beginning this evening we will have 24 people staying at Hope Lutheran Church located at 1369
"B" Street, Springfield, Oregon. Next week, we will have 31 people staying at the same location.
The emergency contact person is Ken Daletas and his humber is 726-7702.
The families will be sleeping upstairs, on the west side of the building, There will be one family
sleeping downstairs in the northwest comer of the building, During the hours prior to sleeping, the
families will also be using the space downstairs, on the west side of the building.
The families usually arrive at the host site between 5:00 - 5:30 pm and leave the site at approximately
7:45 am the following morning.
There is a notebook that will provide information about the number of people on site 'at any given time.
Please let me know if I can provide you with any other information.
