EWers Construction was responsible for rebuilding Apartments 2 and 3 and were told by Robert
(Mechanical Inspector) that the head height from the nose of the stairs needed to be' at least 6 feet
8 inches. I fired EWers Construction about a month ago due to their incompetence and they
ignored the inspector and made the Head Height 6 foot 5 inches, just like the other six apartments
in the complel\. I'm asking you to allow the 3 inch discrepancy so I don't have to completely dis-
mantle the ceiiing and frarOing, whi9h would be very cosily.
