Attached is the summary of the Public Works conditions with corresponding responses. It appears the applicant has
addressed all the Public Works conditions; although I have not stopped by the site yet. I usually like to make a site visit
prior to final plat approvals (sometimes we see surprises in the field). Let me know if you were planning on going out
there, otherwise I will stop by the site sometime this week before our Friday meeting.
