that NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the Community Services Division, Building Safety.

go~d of condition as it wasyrior to such installation, maintenance Of repair work.
3.5 This grant shall run with the land and shall be binding on and shall inure to the
benefit of the Grantors and Grantees, their heirs, SUccessors or assigns.
