1. THE DESIGN SHOWN IS BASED UPON THE ENGINEER'S UNDERSTANDING OF THE

SLOPES 3H: 1 V OR STEEPER. CONTRACTOR SHALL GRASS DISTURBED AREAS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATION UNTIL A HEALTHY STAND OF GRASS
IS OBTAINED.
6. ALL CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED PER THE UBC CODE AND
APPLICABLE LOCAL REGULATION. ALL CUT AND ALL SLOPES SHALL BE 2: 1 OR
FLATTER UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSURE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM BUILDINGS FOR ALL
