Your request for an extension of your permits to construct an addition to your
single family residence located at 697 Nighthawk Lane, Springfield, Oregon, City
Job Number 921094, has been reviewed and approved.
This extension may only be granted one time and will expire 180 days from the
date of the granting of the extension (December 3, 1993).

We are in the process of building an addition to our home. We are in the
final stages, however we are requesting a 60 day extension to complete the
work. We had our last inspection on November 2, 1993. It was on the Lath
and Sheetrock. We are doing this work ourselves with the help of family
and friends. We are anxious to complete the addition, and will do so as
soon as possible. Financial reasons are the reason for th~ delay. The
project cost more than we had anticipated. We have the money to complete
the job and are in the process of getting it finished. We would appreciate
the extension.
