The team consists of the attendees above and Jamie Hollenbeak. . Lynn will research the ownership and tax lots, existing approach status, and initiate the . access control report process, This information is due to the team on 9/12/08 . Bruce will supply the access inventory information consisting of: milepost perameters of project, width of existing driveways, and the engineering stations. This should be completed by 9/19/09. He will also coordinate with the Survey Manager to have a survey done of the area. We would like this done as soon as possible, as it is the next step in , planning this project. . The team discussed multiple issues and answered questions that brought some of the team members up to speed up to speed, ' .'
