Intemal improvements only can start, but no occupancy at all until MDS approved. If this creates a problem for
Robert's team (ie has to break bp into two for clarity) Mitch has to solve that problem!!!

Jim,
Mitch from Alibi Tavern at 2422 Main Street (MDS submitted this week to expand into radiator shop and add
smoking area) wants to know if we can issue the building permit and not issue finals until the MDS decision is
issued and improvements are completed. I asked Robert Castile and he said it is difficult with an interior
expansion but they could hold off on finals if we wanted to issue the building permit. I told Mitch I'd check with
you and Tara said she would call him back with an answer while I'm gone.
Tara, Mitch Hanan's phone number is 915-4543.
Also, I have a stack of commercial building permits on my table, although I have looked at them all and they are
all waiting on items (Development Agreement, Final Site Plans, etc). I checked the status of each one again
today and have notes on them about what they are waiting for. Alibi Tavern is in this pile also if we decide to
issue.
