FINDINGS:

,In company with Breeden Bros. and Delta Sand'Rnd Gravel
personnel, inspected location on March 14, 1988.
1. Previous foundations and bar run material removed
t'rom site.
2. Clay exposed at base ot' excuvation as well as some
seepage wuters.
3. Floor of excavation sloped from bnck to front.
RECOMMENDATIONS--by consensus:
1. In order to handle seepage, place 4 inch perforated
dr~in along front base,of excavRtion, cover with
round rock and lead to street outlet.
2. Plsce 6 inch thick cover of free draining sand on
floor of excuvntion.
3. Follow by 24 inches of l~ inch minus crushed rock
c~mpucted in 8 inch lifts.
On March 15, 1988, I inspected site operations as
followed fr'om recommendations.
1. Drainage system installed Rnd effective.
2. Cru8he~ rock pad.
R. CompHcted with vibratory roller.
b. Firm and stable in all respects.
